I want to dye my hair grey. Salt and pepper style. Is that possible? What kind of hair coloring should I buy? I have a few greys ( one or two). I would like to turn my whole head into salt and pepper. If anyone have any tips, please advise!

I think this is the first time I've ever seen someone ask how to dye their hair gray.  I'm afraid I don't have an answer for you - maybe someone else here can help out.

I am married to a 49 year old man. I am trying to look "older". I am 32 ( I look 18). So, people often think I am my husband's "daughter". Which is not good....
So, maybe dying my hair grey people will respect me for my own age.

Maybe you could get your hair frosted with a silvery tint, that might help.

For what it is worth, perhaps your husband should color his hair darker. Of course, another option is to come up with some kind of witty remark to such foolish ideas about age.

Maybe wearing your hair in a sophisticated style would work?

I hate to mention this, but it is possible that having grey hair won't really make you look older.  I have Vitiligo, which is a pigmentation disorder.  Because of it, I have had 50% grey/silver hair since I was 7.  I am now 24, married to a 23 year old man, and everyone thinks I'm his younger sister.  I mean, I am GREY, and I've been carded trying to see a rated R movie.  I've found that wearing more sophisticated clothing, and coming up with snap remarks is the best thing.

hmmm, that's a challenge - I honestly don't think trying to go for a salt & pepper is going to be easily achievable or successful for what you want.

My husband is 14 years older than I am so I've been there ( I look younger than I even am too ) but it's a lot easier for a 49 years old to look younger than a thirty two years old to look older by virtue of hair color alone.
