heyy !  :) i have used garnier fructis fortifying shampoo and the conditoner for normal hair for a REALLY LONG time
in alot of articles and things i read it says to clarify every now and then, but i never ever do ! should i start?
and i was thinking of getting the fortifying deep conditioner but does it work good/make any difference to the health of your hair ? and how often is it ok to use it ?

Not everyone's hair handles -cones the same way.  It sounds like your hair and hair care routine can handle the -cones.  Clarifying would not hurt, and could help.

Clarifying will remove any product buildup which then allows more moisture to get to the hair shaft.  This will usually make the hair soft and shiny.
