I'm still procrastinating about putting up some photos of my own - my sister finally sent me directions for how to do it - so ... if I ever get a day off - I'll have to give it a try.

thankies everyone!!! i just want to point out that it's not this dark probably, it's just so invisible on dark clothing when no flash is used (like on the picture in front of the mirror). ;D

and my hair goal is more or less the length of my skirt he he.

well reaching my goal in no time ... it will take me at least three years without massive trims, and then i still have to get rid of the layers cuze i seriously doubt they'd disappear on their own! i once went pretty long without cutting (2.5 years) and they were still there lol.

Looks like your layers aren't booked to "go away" if you leave them alone! LOL ;) I haven't had a decent trim either, and the more I put it off, the more tapered I get...oh the thrill! (I love the softening effect).

@anais: i am not really sure about the fia thing ... just after washing my hair is "almost straight", slight wave in the ends probably due to either length or dye (never had longer virgin hair) ... is that 1b or 2a? and thickness, i'd say ii (between 3.5 and 4").

and trimming ... since i want thicker ends i'll have to trim. i am going to try "dusting" (an overall 5 mm trim (less than 1/4")) every two months cuze that seems the least traumatic since my goal length is still FAR away!
