although this is the only long hair site i belong too, i "lurk" on a couple of others and noticed one site has "long hair journals" where members keep a diary of their hair routines and lives in general.
would that be possible here? i think it would be really interesting to see others' routines and all the stuff that doesnt go into posts but they want to note down about their hair.
i dont know whether space on the boards would be a problem...or if anyone would be interested in it! but if enough people are it could be really cool  :)

Do you mean an actual Blog or just a Journal board where each person would have their own folder?  I think I can manage a board easy enough.  Is anyone else interested in their own journal?  No need to worry about space, we're on a dedicated server and have tons.

just a journal board. each 'topic' would be a separate persons' journal to which they only reply. i hope others are interested  :)

That sounds like a great idea! I've been wanting to keep some sort of online progress journal, but most free hosts are such a hassle or too confusing and I'm not really a fan of blogs.

It might be nice to also be able to respond in other people's journals to respond to questions and such. People might also be more interested in reading each other's journals if they could respond...

I already have my own online journal (it's not part of a board though), but I would be very interested in reading those that others make here!  ;D
