Title: CO washing and heat treatments Post by eKatherine on Jun 13th, 2004 at 12:05pm
Since I started CO washing my hair, I have been concerned that the heavy shampooing necessary to remove the coconut oil I heat treat with was undoing the benefits of the oil treatment.
I'm pleased to say that last night I found I was able to wash out the oil with the Suave Daily Clarifying conditioner that I dilute somewhat with water and normally use for CO washing. OK, it took two tries and loads of conditioner, but it worked. I feel much better. |

Have been sooooo tempted to buy Suave Daily Clarifying Conditioner for quite a while. It made it into my shopping basket last time I was in Walmart. But I finally took it out, thinking I really don't have a good enough reason to buy more conditioner....BUT NOW! I DO!!!! ;D
Thank You for sharing this ;) |

Suave Daily Clarifying Conditioner is really cheap, and it cleans really well, but...just be sure you use another conditioner afterwards. It's really light, and doesn't have all that much conditioning effect.
If you're a product junkie, I'm sure you'll have no problem finding a conditioner to supplement it with. ;D |
