Hello. I recently purchased my very first hair sticks, which should be arriving soon. I tried to join the hairsticks collectors club but keep getting a message about can't run here. I was wondering if the problem was on your end or mine.

I'll have my hubby look into it, but I think the problem is on your end since Collectors Club applications have been coming in.  In the meantime, you might want to try dumping your cache and trying again.  I'm suffering from the flu and not spending too much time online, but I promise I'll be back in touch with you in the next couple days if you're still not successful.

Well, we've looked into the problem and tested the heck outta the Collectors Club application form and it seems to be working just fine.  I hope you find a chance to try again :)
