One of my absolute favourites has always been La belle dame sans merci by Waterhouse,well,it´s a bit gloomy ;)
but very beautiful and features great hair :)

I think my hair most resembles the Lilith painting, at least when I've brushed it and made it bushy!

My goal is Botticelli's "Birth of Venus" (why isn't that painting on the postcard page!!). There's a link to it here http://www.artchive.com/artchive/B/botticelli/venus.jpg.html Although my hair isn't that red anymore (as it was when I was a teenager), I'm hoping to get my curls to look like that! I wouldn't mind if the rest of me looked like that either  ;D

My favorite is the "Mermaid" by Waterhouse...my hair does not look like that, has never looked like that, but maybe someday it will  :D

i absolutely LOVE paintings of slightly plump or curvy women with long hair! especially Renoir....his long haired ladies are gorgeous!  :-*

My favorite painting in the collection here is "Mariana in the South" by John William Waterhouse.  Hers reminds me of mine, except a little darker.  :D
