My hair is now a suitable length to be styled into something decent, and i want to find an actual real life picture of this* hairstyle, but can't seem to find it, can anyone help? :)

I don't understand what part of the hair is supposed to be in the ponytail, since it sure ain't pulled back from the sides.  I'm not sure the style can actually exist.  Otherwise, it looks a lot like just a shorter version of the style Liam Neeson wore in the Star Wars flick.

Actually, it does exist.I don't know what it is called though :-/. The portion that is put into the ponytail is basically the whole back of the head, with the nape loose, and the edges of the hairline going towards your ears loose too(optional I guess).The front, I guess, just goes however you want it; in this case probably combed forward... I have actually done this style before, but i'm too chicken to go out with a tiny stub sticking out the back of my head(about 2-3 inches sticking out) ;D But i do like the look.......sorry, but I don't have any pictures of it  :(
